Driven by the fruit of sweat, serving humanity.

Engineering rooted in purpose — water, energy, agriculture and civil works across East Africa.

Rusco Water Development Technologies was formed on the basis of engineering — consolidating skills and knowledge acquired from college and engineering firms to address the needs of humanity. The founder is an Engineer raised from the ranks of casual, technician, technologist to engineer, while the 2nd partner is a peasant whose sacrifice raised the tuition that made it possible.

From protected springs to solar irrigation and civil works across Uganda and East Africa.

The needs of humanity, in Rusco's context, are water, shelter, food and clothing — delivered through services in water, energy, agriculture and building & civil engineering. Registered in Uganda in November 2010, we have since executed protected spring wells, solar-powered water supply, solar irrigation schemes, building construction, steel tower fabrication, piped water supply and treatment systems, hydro-geophysical surveys and borehole drilling across Uganda and the East African region.
